Admission Requirements

6 (six) recent 3x4 cm color photographs with red background. Student must wear a white shirt. 1 (one) copy of student's birth certificate. 1 (one) copy of student's report card from previous school attended. 1 (one) copy of parents/guardian Identification Card (for Indonesian student). 1 (one) copy of family card (kartu keluarga). 1 (one) copy of current passport and KITAS of both parents and student (for Expatriate student).
